Also, examine the amount of office supplies in top drawer – looks like large box of pencils – **this is a year’s worth or more of inventory?** Recommend a central supply storage for office supplies and only keep minimal amount in “handy” locations where VERY frequently used items should go… or, if there is room, there could be a small shelf or storage area behind the desk area or even may have room in a BOTTOM drawer for the excess supplies.

Explanation:
El uso de inventory es en sentido amplio, y viene a significar la cantidad de material que te designan al año. Este cajón contiene demasiado material.

En cuanto al uso de la interrogación, yo lo veo como algo retórico: "¿A qué esto corresponde a los lapiceros de un año o más?"

Mi segunda opción es más libre...

También caber pensar que la interrogación no procede, que se ha colado. Funciona todo bien sin ello!
