Explanation:
"ojo de águila" significa muy buena visión, desde lejos. Si se necesita aplicar al detalle cercano, por lo menos en Uruguay, decimos "ojo láser" u "ojo lupa". "Ojo afilado" es una traducción literal del inglés, no válida como frase idiomática.
