English term or phrase: add up the individual columns...

Add up the individual columns. SUm the four colums. Divide this number by the total number of applicable items above times 4. The resulting value is the percent grade.
Sume cada columna. Divida el resultado entre el número total de ítems pertinentes y multiplique por 4. El resultado es el porcentaje
Les parece bien, me confunde la palabra percent grade porque no sé lo qué es, no sé por que´agregaron grade. Bueno creo que la oración está mal redactada. Esta oración está al final de un cuadro que se basa en un sistema de calificación:
Rating system Column 1- SUperior=4 points
Column 2 - Above average=3 points
Column 3 - Average= 2 points
Colum 4- Poor= 1 point
espero les sirva como contexto.
