English term or phrase: Catheterization Laboratory Specialist
Talking about medical specialties. Navarro says that Catheterization Laboratory = Laboratorio de Hemodinámica.
I don't know if in this case it refers to a technician or a doctor, but "especialista en laboratorio de hemodinámica" does not exist in Spanish.
Maria
técnico hemodinamista / en hemodinamia
Explanation:
A veces también son médicos, pero no necesariamente. En el Uruguay, por ejemplo, son licenciados en neumocardiología especializados en hemodinamia/cateterismo.

agree  Chema Nieto Castañón: It seems to refer to an assistant actually (cath lab specialist: Provides direct patient care and assists physician in the Cath Lab setting). And so Monica's translation as técnico en hemodinamia seems very accurate.
