Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) are a group of heterogeneous non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL) characterised by a massive proliferation of T Helper lymphocytes and skin infiltration. Mycosis Fungoides (MF) and Sézary Syndrome (SS) are the most commonly seen CTCL. Treatment is clinically classified into two categories: partial treatment and systematic treatment; the former is effective against the disease in its initial stages, but is less effective on patients suffering from the rather later stages of the disease. Systematic treatment is often constrained due to its high adverse response rate. In recent years, the co-authors of the present article have made great efforts to treat sixteen cases of CTCL by regrouping the IFN-α combined with narrowband UVB. Fairly favourable healing effects have been achieved as a result, and fewer adverse responses were observed.
