Saludos colegas.
Me encuentro confundida con este término que no logro encontrar a qué se refiere. Es una traducción de un aparato que realiza análisis hematológicos.
Las opciones de traducción encontradas se refiere a la técnica Gram positiva y negativa que no creo que sea este el caso.
Por otro lado existe un medicamento antigram, que tampoco considero que sea adecuado.

"One anti-E site result demonstrated one Cell I IgG positive casette and tube results and negative concordant Cell II cassette and tube results. No in-house analysis was performed on this sample. The site results are discrepant with the antigram of the reported antibody [Cell I (-) Cell II (+)]and may be explained as a thechnical error or incorrect identification of the previously reportes antibody".
