Context:

{ut1}In the event of {ut2}damaged vials or temperature excursions{ut3}, the HTS nurse will:
send the IMP back to the site pharmacy under refrigerated conditions (WC will be set-up to allow this return in case is required)
report to site by calling the SC, and in the same contact to agree on the new IMP collection for when the visit is rescheduled within the protocol window and, if needed, discuss a potential OoW visit.
