Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / Clinical Study Report Syn
English term or phrase: celiac mass compressing the main biliary tract,
Context:

There was 1 patient receiving durvalumab monotherapy who met the criteria for a potential Hy’s law case; however, the patient’s underlying HNSCC, with recent progression of the liver metastases and celiac mass compressing the main biliary tract, and concurrent hepatic cirrhosis could provide an alternative etiology for the event, making the causal relationship between the event and study treatment unlikely.

Note: My question is how to translate 'celiac mass' and whether the intended meaning of the phrase is that the 'celiac mass' compresses the main biliary tract (vías biliares).

Thank you

Spanish translation:masa gastrointestinal oprimiendo a la vía biliar principal
Explanation:

Ya que la enfermedad celíaca afecta principalmente al intestino delgado y al sistema gastrointestinal, yo propondría traducir “celiac mass” como masa gastrointestinal.

Además entiendo en el texto fuente que la masa (tumor?) gastrointestinal oprime a la vía biliar principal

Coeliac disease or celiac disease is a long-term immune disorder that primarily affects the small intestine.[10] Classic symptoms include gastrointestinal problems such as chronic diarrhoea, abdominal distention, malabsorption, loss of appetite, and among children failure to grow normally
