This is a technical term from the field of neural therapy, an alternative medical practice. I have read the term in the following context:
"Size 20 needle, 50% lidocaine per quaddle."
Or:
"Treatment involves injectiones of 4-6 quaddles in the upper sacroiliac region."
I'm guessing it referes either to a form/method of injection or a unit of measure for proper dosage. I cannot even find a definition in English, let alone a translation to Spanish.

(or pomphous, wheal, vesicle). This would seem to be an anglicization of the German "Quaddel". Neural therapy originated in Germany. Does this fit?

This is certainly not an easy word. I think you may be right that the word comes from the German "Quaddel" since neural therapy did effectively begin in Germany. Also, the doctor for whom I'm translating this text tells me that a papule (perhaps a better translation along the same line) does form in the skin upon injection of the substance used for neural therapy. There is also a chance that this word refers not to the skin reaction but rather to a neurological point such as an accupuncture point. This would be another possible definition. I too do translating, but generally do not do medical texts. I accepted this text only because the doctor is a personal friend and it has proved to be difficult, so many thanks for your help - to you and your fellow ProZ participants.

Explanation:
I have checked numerous medical,surgical and pharmaceutical dictionaries and consulted with a nurse practicioner to no avail. I wonder if the person who wrote the document spelled the word incorrectly. Caudal has to do with the same area of the spine, perhaps it is the writer's personal abbreviation for caudal injection or application of caudal anesthesia.

Explanation:
The document you are translating very likely went through a medical transcriptionist who may have had trouble understanding the doctor. If he had a strong New York City accent, caudal would sound like quaddle.
