traumatismo craneoencefálico cerrado

Found on Spanish site.
Degrees of head injury are measured on the Glasgow scale.
I hope this helps,

traumatismo encefalocraneano leve

The number of Web hits for abierto/cerrado etc. is low, though they ARE there, produced by native-speaking doctors.

Leve, though obviously not the same way of looking at the injury, is VERY much more common in references.

This URL from Uruguay is very complete.

trauma craneal cerrado

injury can be translated as herida, trauma or fractura, although in this case I think trauma is better, because I think the term is referred to a trauma, a fracture, skull fracture in this case, where there is not trauma affecting the soft tissue, that is wahy is called "close"
