y-glutamil-transferasa
Explanation:
y-glutamil-transferasa ("y" is actually a written gamma symbol, which you should enter, for instance, with Microsoft Word)

In English it is most frequently used as "gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase", but it is the same.

I have experience translating operator´s manuals for blood analyzers.

Índice gammaglutamiltranspeptidasa (GGT)

Explanation:
Hola Angelote,

this is your term. I found it on a Hospital Website...the exact translation as used in Spanish blood tests, though in the actual sheet they give you, you will find the acronym (GGT).

Hope it helps :)
