Given enough context you may not need to add anything. If you need to, what we usually hear in Argentina is "sitio Web", although gramatically and semantically there are lots of other better possibilities, such as many above "sitio en la Web", "sitio en Internet", etc.

After I posted the answer I thought maybe you could understand that other possibilities were better than the ones posted before, and that's not what I meant at all!
