De todas formas, la mejor manera de traducir un verso, es tener el poema completo.

Lo complicado es que los versos riman formando pareado, así que no se me ocurre otra cosa que:

Sintiéndose un cristiano encerrado en la jaula,
arrojado a las fieras en un momento de rabia.

¿Es un texto serio? ¿Te permite ser flexible?

También sirve, claro. Lo importante es que, una vez tengas todo traducido te suene bien, tenga un cierto ritmo.

Asker: Muchas gracias de nuevo. No es un poema, es una canción y aunque mi traducción pretende ser totalmente seria lo más importante es "que tenga sentido" y "suene bien" en español. Por eso, había pensado traducirlo por: "en la fracción de un segundo", aunque sea más libre.
