Como ya te han dicho el arbor vitae, te digo las otras:

"baby's breath": Asperilla olorosa, nombre común de varias plantas eurasiáticas con flores de aspecto y aroma delicados. Se cultivan a menudo en jardines de rocalla y arriates. Género: Gypsophila

"Statice": Any of several salt-marsh plants of the genus Limonium, having clusters of small lavender or pinkish flowers. Also called statice. He visto Limonium refiriéndose a la especie, pero podría ser la llamada "siempreviva", ver referencia: http://www.rcanaria.es/metropolitana/turismo/recursos/ambien... También he visto "ESTATICIA (Limonium, sp)".

Xeranthemum: "any plant of the genus Xeranthemum native to southern Europe having chaffy or silvery flower heads with purplish tubular flowers
"; género de la familia Asteraceae. He encontrado que el Xeranthemum annuum se llama flor inmortal o seca española, y es una siempreviva. En general, creo que puede hablarse de xeranthemum.

La que no he encontrado es pining.

No más que una ocurrencia:
Baby's breath se usa en arreglos florales, espcialmente con rosas rojas, como contraste. ¿Podría ser que pining se refiere al uso de ramas de pino para conseguir el mismo efecto de contraste?
