Then this meat is mixed with other ingredients in a sort of salad and served on a bed of lettuce with the crab legs arranged around it. Sounds delicious! Cangrejo Explanation: Yo solamente traduciría CANGREJO. Tengamos en cuenta que: Crack = "Abrir una hendidura", de modo que CRACKED no debería ser traducido en ésta frase. Le presento una receta culinaria en la que se utiliza CRACKED CRAB. Crack crab claws open and remove white meat, keeping it as intact as possible. Put it into a bowl. Put rest of white meat from claw arms, legs and body into bowl. Add grated lemon rind, half juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to white meat and mix lightly. In a separate bowl, put breadcrumbs, remaining mayonnaise and lemon juice and the mustard. Scoop out brown meat from shell and put into bowl and mix lightly. Wash shell and dry. Use brown meat mixture to fill the two sides of shell and pack white meat into centre. Sprinkle finely-chopped hard-boiled egg and rest of parsley over top for decoration. un bote con agujeros, (o cangrejo descascarado) Explanation: Hola. Esto parece un párrafo de alguna novela por lo que me da la sensación de que hay que huir del sentido literal de "cracked crab" (cangrejo (descascarado)) a no ser que el resto del párrafo haga alusión a restaurantes o fauna marina. No, yo creo que los tiros van por otro lado. El narrador hace alusión a "crucero" y "catamarán", cosas que la psyche relaciona con Florida. "Cracked crab" no sería en principio más que otro tipo de barco, uno viejo que hace aguas, inservible, o casi. Yo iría por el casi. Así que ahí van unas sugerencias: "una barquichuela semihundida", "una chalupa oxidada", "un yate desgarbado", "un bote con agujeros", "...agrietado", "...cascado"...Buf, lo que quieras. Y si prefieres guardar lo del cangrejo, ¿por qué no "cangrejo descascarado"? En fin, el contexto te sacará de dudas, espero. Que disfrutes, salud :-) En este tema no me f�o de ninguna, mira... |
