I don't think anybody doubts that each type of beer and even varieties within each type have very particular technical specs and each recipe is unique, but correct me if I am wrong, here the asker was not requesting a definition and detailed description of each type of brew, we were just presented with a list of names of different beers and we had to attempt to name them in Spanish sometimes just using one word (like negra or rubia) to describe its overriding characteristic. I am mystified by the subsequent discussion...

This part of the question has been lost, but 'bebidas malteadas' can include any drink that incorporates 'malted' grain, including milk-based drinks that cannot possibly be included in any list of beverages that includes the word 'stout'..

It's true that stout is black and sometimes strong. But these terms all have legal definitions that go far beyond mere colour and strength. They have to do with the choice and preparation of the ingredients, the fermentation methods used, the storage and ageing or the product, and many other factors. If Asker's source text is intended to have legal significance (contract,, import/export agreement, etc.) then the terms must be technically appropriate.

1. Although these terms are related, and come in sequence in a sentence which gives them some context, it would be helpful for the KOG if they were split into separate questions.

2. It would also make it much easier to agree/disagree with individual terms - for example, one of Claudia's and Lizette's terms is probably incorrect (see note 3 below) and one of Elizabeth's is certainly incorrect.

3. If the source text is from the UK/Ireland (or, indeed, from the EU in general), you must take account not only of the source terms but also their legal definitions. Also of the legal definitions in the target country. If I take issue with 'cerveza negra' as the translation of 'stout', for example, it's because most 'cerveza negra' (in Chile at least) is actually brewed in the same way as ordinary lager, and in no way corresponds to 'stout' in the UK/Irish sense of the term.
