I would still use diapositiva for all the formats that can be attained with photographic film or digital cameras,
and would still use transparencia for larger formats, as those used in conferences with projectors, normally printed from a computer.

In other words, if the image was generated on a computer, without photographic equipment, it would be transparencia.
If it was taken with a photo camera (tradicional or digital): diapositiva.
and would still use transparencia for larger formats, as those used in conferences with projectors, normally printed from a computer.
