English term or phrase: achievement orientation
Psychoeducational report:

"Teacher ratings reflected concerns with study skills, functional communication, achievement orientation, and flexibility."

This concept is explained here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Achievement_Orientation
but I can't seem to find the equivalent.

Does anyone know if there is a standard translation for this, or anything better than "orientación hacia el logro"?

Into Lat Am/Mexican Spanish.
Thanks.
