Nowness es un término que se utiliza en el budismo, acabo de encontrarlo en una cita del libro "El libro tibetano de la vida y de la muerte" de Sogyal Rinpoche:

La cita:

Look at a thought: It comes, it stays, and it goes. The past is past, the future not yet risen, and even the present thought, as we experience it, becomes the past.

The only thing we really have is nowness, is now.

Claro que estos términos no están en el DRAE, pero se han utilizado para captar el sentido budista de "nowness":

Siempre tenemos el "nowness"... "el presente eterno", me parece una buena traducción.

Aunque son son terminologías distintas, es lo que otra religión de religiones llama "el tiempo presente"... pero para el registro del budismo, el concepto de "el presente eterno", es lo que me parece que capta mejor el espíritu y la esencia de lo que "realmente" quieren decir.

(O lo que los católicos dicen "ahora y siempre por los siglos de los siglos", con una verbosidad un poco más liosa...)

En esta colección se han publicado ya cuatro obras: «Vida simple, corazón profundo», ***«Fluyendo en el presente eterno», “Siempre ahora”,*** “Riqueza Interior” y “La voz del valle, el color de las montañas”.

"SIEMPRE AHORA" también me parece una buena opción.

En el contexto que nos ocupa:

The only thing we really have is nowness, is now.

Lo único que tenemos realmente es el presente eterno, es el ahora.

Lo único que tenemos en realidad es el eterno ahora: el ahora.

Lo único que en realidad tenemos (siempre) es el presente, es el ahora.

Lo anterior serían fraseos que creo que podrían funcionar.
