Actually as soon as I saw the phrase I thought the right translation would be "podemos"... Then I found the background was in German, which is not one of my languages. But Charles's explanation seems to confirm my first impression.

This must refer to the anthem of the Spanish national football team in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, which was called simply "Podemos" in Spanish, meaning literally "We can", "Wir können". It was devised, I think, by Cuatro, the Spanish television channel which covered the World Cup. You can hear it here, if you wish:

So I presume that someone has translated "Podemos" into English as "We can do it!" which is reasonable, and you want to know what it was in Spanish in order to put it into German. It was "Podemos".

Ich kenne "We can do it" eigentlich nur von den Schildern der Fabrikarbeiterin. Da wurde im Zusammenhang immer "Wir können es schaffen!" verwendet.
