agree  JohnMcDove: Sí, o tal vez explicitándolo, aunque sea un poco pleonástico: "Adopta una postura con los pies separados, adelantando el pie contrario..." O algo por el estilo. Aunque ya sabemos que "la forma de cruzar el río es cruzando el río, claro"... ;-)
