Microsurcos
Explanation:

Explanation:
The Webster's Third New international Dictionary defines sipe as: "any of the small often hook-shaped or bracket-shaped grooves in the tread of an automobile tire for providing extra traction and preventing skids. The Diccionario Visual Oxford only describes this as "dibujo de la superficie de rodadura". I'm pretty sure the key word is "dibujo" (I've had my experience with flat tires) but you could also add "ranurado" which would be the term "tread" to give the idea some more punch.
Good luck,
Claudia
