"Insertions" puede ser traducido como "inserciones" o "inserciones publicitarias", se trata de un término publicitario aceptado y muy utilizado (el dicc. de Alcaraz Varó lo traduce como "inserción, inclusión, o publicación").
Respecto a "email creative", yo lo traduciría literalmente como "e-mail creativo", porque francamente no he encontrado el término en Internet. ¿Estás seguro de que no se trata de un error, o de que "creative" no corresponde a otra palabra?
