English term or phrase: vocal box, banner
The first is a telephony term and the second an Internet term.

Please does somebody know if it exists a good Spanish glossary of the computing and Internet terms (if possible, on line)?

Spanish translation:caja vocal / estandarte
Explanation:
"vocal box" does not seem to be a widespread term in telephony.

It is in the music industry, though.

Perhaps they mean "voice mail"?

I'm including two links to specialized dictionaties:

Vocal box = Caja Vocal, Banner = Banner

Explanation:
As for Vocal Box, the translation is Caja Vocal, check termite. Also, banner, as an internet term, is usally left untranslated in Spanish speaking sites, so youjust might want to leave it as is...

Best of luck!
