English term or phrase: Tic-Toc
Tic-Toc förekommer i en handbok för en hylskap i avsnittet om beskriving av driften (med en uppräkning av olika komponenter):

Prior to the operation of the machine, the system must be initialised, pneumatic cylinders must move to their safe positions and servo axis must datum or home to a known, fixed physical location. All critical pneumatic cylinder operations are checked with sensors to ensure components are in the correct positions prior to any further movement in the machine.

- Shaft support move down [R3]
- Loading ‘V’ will close
- Tic-Toc’s will close/lift
- Bottom support rollers will open or drop
- Core stabiliser bar will open
- Core measurement will retract [R6]
- Rear waste strip will close [R1]
- Front waste strip will close [R4]
- Knife axis will home [PX6]
- Tube support will home [PX5]
- Tube pusher will home [PX4]
- Transport ‘V’ will home [PX7]
- Chuck carriage (index drive) will home [PX3]

Undrar vad det kan röra sig om? Får ingen träff på Google, och i Engströms tekniska ordbok är Passpunkt det närmaste jag kommer för Tic.
