I am not very fond of the word ENHET, but in many cases that is the only available word. Another way is to use the name of the actual unit, like \"spelaren\" for a CD-player, etc. I prefer this if it is possible.

Another alternative is HUVUDAPPARATEN / HUVUDAGGREGATET, but that can only be used if it is some kind of MACHINE.
