Explanation:
Normally there is a difference between "வரா" and "மீளா". The former indicates something that does not come back while the latter indicates something from which there is no escape and it is already existing. Here debt need not come or come back but it is bad debt which cannot be realised and written off. மீளா means here மீட்கமுடியா.
