Số tiền mà cửa hàng định giá cho chiếc xe cũ của khách đó là "trade-in value". Theo ngữ cảnh mà bạn đưa ra thì ông sale đang ton hót với khách hàng về chế độ ưu đãi này và cố tình thổi phồng số tiền cửa hàng chấp nhận để hóa giá chiếc xe cũ cho khách nhằm lôi kéo khách hàng đến showroom. Cho nên mới bị nhắc nhở là "Don’t quote them inflated Trade-in value numbers just to bring them in the showroom." "Đừng có thổi phồng/nói quá số tiền hóa giá xe cũ nhằm lôi kéo khách đến showroom". |
