Cooking / Culinary / What language is this cookbook written in?
English term or phrase: Många kokböcker finnas i marknaden, de flesta goda i sitt slag, men naturligen a
This is from a cookbook ("Kok-Bok") by Hemmets Drottning, published in Chicago by Fort Dearborn Publishing Co. in 1899. I'd like to know what language this is. I'd just add that there are no instances of this letter: ø in the book. Your knowledgeable help is much appreciated.

Nothing to do with Yiddish, I'm not sure why you posted it as an English to Yiddish question?
