English to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Accounting
English term or phrase:no-credit return
Would you help me with the following phrase please?
"X does not match Accounting because of a no-credit return."
Yes exactly I'm dealing with some kind of programming. It's the interface of a handheld mobile unit (like this one: http://www.psion.com/static/Images/products/NEO_rugged_handh... It scans certain products and if needed issues a purchase order, invoice, bill etc. It keeps the track of inventory. Any help or hint would be much appreciated. Thank you
A bit more context would help. It looks as if you are dealing with some kind of programming.
Automatic update in 00:
Reference: no credit
Reference information: No return/no credit
my reading is that is it may be referring to defective merchandise that has been returned to the store and must be accounted for (although it be not be resalable)
See this link from Home Depot: usually an RGA (returned goods authorization) is part of the scanning.
No Returns/No Credit ' No Returns/No Credit
Even if defective merchandise return type is "No Credit", Supplier Freight Claim and Non Stock will either have to be Destroy in field for credit OR return
for credit. Please write in your preference _________________. If no preference is selected, Destroy in Field for Credit will be the default type.
