Tengo una duda sobre la traducción (término exacto) al inglés en un contrato, del concepto "exponen" (aquí va el texto).

"Manifestando que como única deuda subsistente de X. a X. permanece la citada en el segundo de los exponen."

¿Alguien puede confirmar que se trata de algo como "those declared"? (Exact term en inglés sería muy bien recibido.)
