I am looking for alternative term for "beauty contest" in this context: Procurement - Bidding Process

Asker: Thanks Kurt. I am looking for anything formal and informal (pls look at my note to Rita above--beauty contest could just be accidental invention). I checked that solicitation review also covers RFQ and RFP while my case is after proposal submission. I just try to avoid this ambiguity.
