English term or phrase: worked out of
Our company solved the challenge of ‘getting the right people in the room’ like never before with the Campaign Command Center, taking a holistic, integrated approach to delivering the right content to the right consumers at the right time for the duration of World Cup 2014.
On average, close to 250 people ***worked out of*** the Command Center daily and almost around the clock for the duration of the tournament.

Does it mean that they worked for the command center, outside the command center...?

Seeking to Work Out of Home
Does anyone know of a website that has jobs posted for moms that want to work at home? I am a teacher and I would like to stay at home with my infant next school year. I am looking into my options. I would appreciate any advice.
