English to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng / MSDS
English term or phrase:Mist.
??? - I can't give any context - it's one of the entries in a list of MSDS expressions, in a line by itself between the liines with "ErL50"and "Oncorhynchus mykiss" entries. I am rather certain that there's no context between the three items; quoting them just shows what information (or rather absence of it) I am working with.
"you're not even dealing with a specific group of substances?" - it was a list of few items, to expand the existing Database. And of course no way to find out the context. However, the agency did confirm it was Mist (as in "play misty for me") and the period was there just to throw me off the trail (g).
re "mist" suggestion - improbable, given the fact it is usually misty, plus the period ...
re: "what type of substance" - as it is a library of expressions, no specific substance meant or indicated.
I did ask the agency to clarify, and I'll post it here when I get it. I asked because I though/hoped it could be an easy one.
