English term or phrase: how 'bout those Bulls
A new question about Married... With Children.

What I have trouble making sure here is whom Jefferson is referring to (since I cannot see the video). Yes, I get the Chicago Bulls reference, but what about the second time?

Preamble: Al is in a beauty parlor with Peggy. She gets charged $300 for her treatment. Al starts to go looking at other patrons, wondering what is worth so much.

(HE WALKS OVER TO A LADY UNDER A HAIR DRYER. HE LIFTS IT)

AL (CONT’D):
Great Ceasar's ghost!! And I mean that literally.

(HE GINGERLY COVERS HER BACK UP WITH THE DRYER. HE GOES TO THE NEXT AND LIFTS THE DRYER. IT’S A LARGE WOMAN)

AL (CONT’D):
Well, now, this one's a little more reasonable. A dollar a chin. You know, you people ought to be ashamed of yourself. Who but a woman would spend time in a place like this?

(JEFFERSON RAISES HIS DRYER)

JEFFERSON:
Hi, Al. Hey, how 'bout those Bulls.

AL:
Well, they'll be all right as long as they got
Jordan.

JEFFERSON:
No, no, not them. I'm talkin' about those two under the dryers.

AL:
What're you doing here?

(...they proceed to talk about the beauty parlor treatments)

Thank you in advance.

The women under the hair dryers must obviously be very big or at least, they have large backsides like cows.
