English translation: low water consumption toilets

In Australian English just does not sound the same. Not everyone might agree but I think that we would say, N.1: water-saving toilets and N2: water conservation toilets, all meaning ''low water consumption''.
Water-conserving + toilets sounds a bit odd to me more like a designed or specific type water (even product) for the toilets.
