English term

O after O

May offend English Art/Literary Education / Pedagogy SLANG
Context: 'O after O, you know, homey I'm just triple beam, dreamin'

This is American slang so could American English native speakers/linguists reply to this query?

What does this phrase imply/mean?

Thank you

Got some harsh critiques but this is the guy's real life story so you cannot judge him for that. You can however judge him for the language that he and the others use throughout the movie, that's where my student got his query from! ......

This makes sense because you use a triple beam to measure out the drugs
