English term or phrase: how to relate to this
Hello everyone,

As you are with your eyes closed, just let the feelings come into your body; and once again, hand over any Military Energies that are in your bodies to Kryon. If you have Military energies inside your body you know how to relate to this; either on Earth, national or an individual basis. Here in Costa Rica there’s a beginning of a dissolving of the Military Energies, and this goes one person at a time.

Does "how to relate to this" mean something like what our attitude to this should be, i.e. what we should think about this?

Thank you.

You will be able to deal with the military energies trapped in your body whether they spring from international, national, or personal preoccupations and experiences.

I have used preoccupations and experiences" here but you may want to exchange those words with others to maintain coherence throughout the text. I've chosen deal with because I thought it flowed naturally from the previously stated idea of handing these energies over to Kryon.

you know how this feels, you have a connection to it

Explanation:
Because you are a certain way already (ie have military energies inside you) then this relates directly to you, you know how it feels, you have a connection to it.

A parallel example ...

Hand over your guilt to Kryon. If you have guilt inside your body, you know how to relate to this - all the guilt wil be taken away.
