English term or phrase: just as they have been raised
Hello everyone,

Could you please tell me what "just as they have been raised" refers to -- "actual physical libraries of old" or "laboratories and universities of modern earth societies" and does the phrase in question mean "they developed even further in their conscious work"?

These libraries you so mourn are often right in front of you— in great artworks, in architecture, in nature's own design. And, again we remind you that the books you so long for are merely interpretations of those essential universal properties of God, life, and your existence both as sparks of Creation and as units of self-awareness within those frameworks.

Trust us. The actual physical libraries of old have been outdated by the laboratories and universities of modern earth societies, ***just as they have been raised*** even further in conscious application within your spiritual circles of light and Gaia's radiant fields.

Thank you.

English translation:Grammatically, the first; but could be error
Explanation:
From a grammatical point of view, it would have to be the physical laboratories, in which case I think it means:
"The actual physical libraries of old have been outdated by the laboratories and universities of modern earth societies, at the very time when they have been raised even further the conscious application of their content within your spiritual circles of light and Gaia's radiant fields."

OR (less likely) the writer could have got the grammar wrong and meant this:
"The actual physical libraries of old have been outdated by the laboratories and universities of modern earth societies, just as the latter have been raised even further in the conscious application of the knowledge acquired by them within your spiritual circles of light and Gaia's radiant fields."

The actual physical libraries of old have been outdated by the laboratories and universities of modern earth societies, ***just as the latter have been raised even further in the conscious application of the knowledge they have acquired within your spiritual circles of light and Gaia's radiant fields.

neutral  Donna Stevens: hard to guess- bad writing certainly. Best to ask the author to be sure.

-> Yes, best to ask the author.

agree  Tony M: I don't see the problem: the 2 'have been's clearly link them, otherwise the second one would have to say "just as the latter..." or "just as these..." have been.
