Explanation: I don't find this term 'dual' particularly usual, but I would guess it is being used as follows: I think the 'dual' is some kind of double-layer or 'sandwich' constructed panel, perhpas a kind of pelmet that hides the roller mechanism? I think what they are trying to say is that the shade and sub-brackets must be fixed on the inside of this 'dual' [panel, or whatever it is] --- i.e., on the hidden side not visible from in the room. which of course means it is the side immediately facing the glass of the window. See what I mean ? ROOM dual> | <<shade etc. mounts here | < glass of window OUTSIDE |
