***It really does get right down*** to making the choice to see things from a half full versus half empty mentality. Make the choice to see the positives and that's exactly what you'll notice more of.
I am not sure about what that means exacly. Could someone put that part in other words for me?

After you eliminate all the extraneous talk...
I usually see this as "It comes right down to ..." and means that once you really examine the situation, the only choice you have is ....(to see things...)
