Hi everyone,
I am trying to find another word for "the User". It's a rebate agreement between 2 people. I cannot use "the client" as it already refers to smdy else in the contract.

It's a rebates agreement I guess could also be called Commissions...about fees to be pay for shares distribution ...About User I was more thinking of a "contractor" synonym
