employees or agents of the Organization’s participants

English translation: other organizations, subscribed to the Organization's services

English language (monolingual) [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
English term or phrase: employees or agents of the Organization’s participants
Could someone please paraphrase the section between asterisks, so I may translate it accurately? This is a non-disclosure agreement for a social services agency in the U.S., and I am not 100% sure what they mean by "the Organization’s participants". Many thanks :)

I understand that in the course of my employment or other relationship with XXX (hereinafter referred to as “Organization”), I may be required to work with individually identifiable information regarding the employees or agents of the Organization or its affiliates, or the ***employees or agents of the Organization’s participants*** (collectively, “Personal Data”).

I take it....

Explanation:
I take it that the "organization" is a company which is entering into an agreement with a financial institution to set up a fund (retirement/pensions?) of some description.

The "participants/partícipes" (i.e. those who will receive the benefits in the future) in the organization are not only the persons currently employed by it ("employees or agents of the Organization or its affiliates") but also those who are inactive, for whatever reason or those who are retired but not yet of pensionable age. etc...

This would be my understanding, Susana.

agree  Refugio: or perhaps, employees or agents of the Organization's clients

-> Thanks, Ruth. Of course they are "clients". But the word feels a trifle too general, esp. given that in these parts "agency" more often than not means a gov. organization, most likely implementing "programs" rather than just "serving clients".
