Explanation:
Translation is the technical term, but unfortunately in English there are not two different words for translation of words and translation of dead bodies (in Italian it would be "traduzione" versus "traslazione", specific term used for corpses). Transfer appears to be more common - probably for this reason.

disagree  Will Matter: This is definitely NOT it. If so, we could reasonably expect the deceased to be skinned, placed on a frame or skeleton (in a life-like position, of course) & propped in the corner of someones' library or billiards room. No, nein, nyet, not & never.
