VIA Barca (s.s. 16 km. 321,400) 60025, Loreto, Italy
Explanation:

not sure but

"Ss" appears to mean siguenti -"following" but since it's part of the address I think you don't need to translate it. The first S could be South and second siguenti. It's possibly for the postman like "via" in an address meaning the post goes to a particular office for sorting.

I see you've put this as an It>En question as well so a native may help:-)

The ST obviously is a typo or someone at some stage thought they'd translate via by St (Street)

agree  Luciana Trevisi: SS is "strada statale" No, it doesn't need to be translated in the address, I just wanted to explain what kind of street it is :-)

-> grazie Luciana. I looked up Google maps and saw the SS as "Strada statale" but it doesn't need to be translated.
