English term

darvestments (?)

English Other Linguistics
Hi,
I've got to translate an interview with CEO of some company. The problem is that he is Norwegian and he speaks with an accent. I've got one word I don't understand. Could you help me with that?

The whole text goes like this:
"Our biggest challenge is delivering on our strategy. We are working hard on cost reduction program. We are also working hard on the (divertisments/darvestments?), but what is very important for us now is of course to keep high availability in our nuclear plants in Sweden. We have promised to keep them up and running during the winter, so I think that will be a challenge for us".

I copied some part of the interview here:

You have to go directly into time-code 00:58, that's where the video starts.

Thanks!

I think he says we are also working hard on divestments (listened to it a couple of times)

divestments

From wikipedia:

A divestment is the opposite of an investment.

In finance and economics, divestment or divestiture is the reduction of some kind of asset for either financial or ethical objectives or sale of an existing business by a firm.
