English term or phrase:warranty holder
If a person purchased a product, according to some kind of agreement, he has the right to use the product during a fixed period with good quality assured. How to call this kind of person in English? Quality warranty holder?
Context: Warranty Holder: According a purchase contract, if the purchase party transfer the product to a third party, the third party shall not be covered by the warranty.
Is there anything improper in the above translation?
I am just trying to find my translation sounds right to English ears, and want to improve my English as well. My clinents here will not find out if my translation is not idiomatic enough. I do appreciate your help!
Hi Jianming: Only someone who can see (& understand) the original could tell you whether the translation is OK. As for the English - no, it needs work, but KudoZ is for concise questions, not free editing! We all do this for a living and get paid for it.

warranty holder >> buyer/purchaser/customer
Explanation: "warranty holder" is technically correct, as is "warrantee" or "guarantee," but all these terms are a bit obscure and/or ambiguous. I would suggest "Buyer"/"Purchaser"/"Customer" instead.
