English term or phrase: warranty holder

If a person purchased a product, according to some kind of agreement, he has the right to use the product during a fixed period with good quality assured. How to call this kind of person in English? Quality warranty holder?

Context: Warranty Holder: According a purchase contract, if the purchase party transfer the product to a third party, the third party shall not be covered by the warranty.

Is there anything improper in the above translation?
