Is the Chinese translaton for "sequences, mostly operated in time", to the effect that "the most often/frequently used sequence", correct? Thank you in advance!

I don’t think so. Mostly operated in time could conceivably mean the most frequent, but in the rest of the text there is no reference to this. There is however reference to timers and setting the right times and adding these times to the list.

Try this:
The program of timed sequences (sequence of timed operations), for which the times/timers are show in the schedule below, should be added to the list when the right times have been set.
