Explanation:
This is another proverb that's almost synonymous with the first. The idea is that, once you set your mind to accomplishing a set task, there should be nothing that can stop you, provided you have the will (or tenacity or "sticktuitiveness," as I've heard it called) to see the job through. So, although the job may seem impossible or otherwise unapproachable due to the complexity thereof, it is felt that, if you have the will to get the job done, you will.
